TMU 022 SEA TIGER "The Cyberporpoise" 12"/CD SEA TIGER began as a side-project for Josh Larue and Stuart Fletcher of DC's THE SORTS, and in their two-year existence they've added members and expanded their sound. With roots in dub and soul, they use the minimal instrumentalism of funk bands like THE METERS and blend it with the electronic tweakings of 70's dub. The outcome is very soothing and trance-like. This is a 4-song CD and a 4-song one-sided 12" (etched with SEA TIGER's own dedication to DEF JAM; the CD isn't etched). That serves as a single (a disco single, if you will) for their "The Teenage Bandit" LP/CD (TMU 031). STILL AVAILABLE.
